Freedom Gift Card & eGift Card Terms & Conditions

Full Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable for purchases at Freedom stores and online at www.freedomfurniture.co.nz in New Zealand only.

2. Gift Cards with a PIN can be redeemed online to a maximum value of NZ $1,000.

3. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

4. No change will be given. Any remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used toward future purchases at Freedom stores.

5. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to use the full value of the card before it expires.

6. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.

7. Where the total purchase amount exceeds the card balance, the cardholder must pay the difference.

8. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

9. The card becomes valid once activated (activation may take up to 24 hours).

10. Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
